Information you choose to provide
The donor inquiry form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization or church, area of interest, preferred response method, message, and the page from which the inquiry was submitted.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand your interest in UAUT, and coordinate an appropriate follow-up. Inquiry records are stored in the campaign website’s protected database and are accessible only through authorized campaign dashboard accounts.
Online giving
Online giving is handled through a third-party payment service. Information entered in that service is governed by the payment provider’s own privacy and security practices and is not submitted through the campaign inquiry form.
Sharing and retention
The campaign does not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared among authorized personnel responsible for responding to the inquiry and administering the campaign. Questions about access, correction, retention, or deletion may be directed to the contact below.
